How It Works

Registering takes a minute now and saves a great deal of time if you ever need to make a claim.

6-Month Warranty On every BigPassport product.
Register in 15 Days Registration closes 15 days after purchase.
Keep Your Invoice Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

  1. Register your product

    Fill in the form with your order number, purchase date and product model. Do this within 15 days of purchase to activate your cover.

  2. We confirm by email

    Our team checks your details against the order and emails you a confirmation, usually within 2 working days. Keep that email safe.

  3. Making a claim later

    If something goes wrong, contact support with your registration confirmation and invoice. We handle repair or replacement from there.
